Making a purchase is simple, just browse our store, find aproduct you like together with the colour of your choice from the colourpalette options available, add the product/s that you wish to purchase in tothe shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on checkoutand you will be asked for a few details that we need to enable us to completethe order. Please note the palette colours on screen can vary,therefore the sticker colours shown are only a representation of the actualvinyl colour. If you would like a free vinyl sample before you buy then please emailus at info@nutmegwallart.co.uk with the colours that you are interested in and any questions that you have and we will be happy to help you make theright choice for your individual requirement. Bespoke Service. We offer a free bespoke design service, just email yourrequirements and we can advise you on what is possible and provide a quote forthe manufacture of the product/s you would like us to design. We accept Credit / Debit cards as wellas Paypal, payment is taken via our secure actinic payments credit card service. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicatethat we have received your order, it does not indicate that a contract betweenus exists between us, we will confirm acceptance of your order, whereupon a contractbetween us will exist when we send you an invoice. We have included this clauseto protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or that wehave inadvertently underpriced goods or we are no longer able to supply aparticular product for some reason. Shipping and handling. All orders within the UK and Channel Islands are dispatchedvia the Royal Mail within 7-10 working days of order receipt and by first classpost, orders over £40.00 are sent via recorded delivery. All orders within the EU and worldwide are dispatched viathe Royal Mail within 7-10 working days of order receipt using the Air sureservice, this means the order is tracked all the way to its destination andwill be signed for at the door by the recipient. Although it is extremely rare that orders do go missing, werealise that this can be disappointing. We use the Royal Mail for all ourdeliveries and are bound by their policies and procedures. Although themajority of 1st class deliveries arrive next day, they are notguaranteed next day. Therefore please allow the set days (see delivery schedulebelow) before contacting us should you think your order has gone missing. First Class and recorded -15 days International Deliveries- 25 days. If your recorded delivery or Air Sure item doesn’t arrivethen please contact us and we will issue you with your tracking number that canbe traced via the Royal Mail website. Nutmeg prides itself on its exceptional customer servicepolicy, if your purchase is damaged then please return it to us in the originalpackaging and we will either replace the product or offer a full refund, if youare unhappy with the product we will happily offer a refund or exchange it butyou must return it undamaged and within the original packaging within 28working days of purchase, please note personalised products are bespoke andmade to your specific requirements and are not subject to refunds or exchangeunless damaged, please use our bespoke service where we can help you alongevery step of the way to minimise any possible disappointments.
