Nutmeg prides itself on it's exceptional customer service policy, if your purchase is damaged then please return it to us in the original packaging and we will either replace the product or offer a full refund, if you are unhappy with the product we will happily offer a refund or exchange it but you must return it undamaged and within the original packaging within 28working days of purchase, please note personalised products are bespoke and made to your specific requirements and are not subject to refunds or exchange unless damaged or incorrect spelling on our part, please use our bespoke service where we can help you along every step of the way to minimise any possible disappointments. (Please note unwanted products are not subject to a refund of postal costs)
