| Are Nutmeg Wall Art Stickers Removable? |

Yes, with care they can be removed quite easily without damaging the painted surface underneath, just peel off carefully, for difficult stickers we recommend using a hairdryer on medium heat to soften the adhesive. Please note our stickers are made to last and are not reusable. Glue residue on hard surfaces can be removed using a suitable adhesive remover, please check that the adhesive remover that you use is suitable for the surface in question. |

| Can I return my wall sticker if I am unhappy with it? |

Nutmeg prides itself on its exceptional customer service policy, if your purchase is damaged then please return it to us in the original packaging and we will either replace the product or offer a full refund, if you are unhappy with the product we will happily refund or exchange it but you must return it undamaged and within the original packaging within 28 working days of purchase, please note personalised products are bespoke and made to your specific requirements and are not subject to refunds or exchange unless damaged, please use our bespoke service where we can help you along every step of the way to minimise any possible disappointments. |

| Do you do bespoke designs? |

We offer a free bespoke design service, just email your requirements and we can advise you on what is possible and provide a quote for the manufacture of the product you would like us to design. We can also design manufacture and install vinyl products for a multitude of environments such as shop windows, glass privacy screens, commercial vehicle livery for small companies and large fleets, just ask and we will be happy to help. |

| How will the stickers be dispatched? |
| |
All orders are dispatched using high impact postal tubes to ensure that your product arrives at its destination in the same condition that it left our premises. |

| What are your P&P charges and do you deliver internationally? |
| |
All orders within the UK and Channel Islands are dispatched via the Royal Mail within 7-10 working days of order receipt and by first class post, orders over forty pound are sent via recorded delivery. All orders within the EU and worldwide are dispatched via the Royal Mail within 7-10 working days of order receipt using Royal Mail Airsure service, this means the order is tracked all the way to its final destination and will need to be signed for at the delivery address by the recipient. Although it is extremely rare that orders do go missing, we realise that this can be disappointing. We use the Royal Mail for all our deliveries and are bound by their policies and procedures. Although the majority of 1st class deliveries arrive next day, they are not guaranteed next day. Therefore please allow the set days (see delivery schedule below) before contacting us should you think your order has gone missing. If your recorded delivery or Air Sure item doesn’t arrive then please contact us and we will issue you your tracking number that can be tracked via the Royal Mail website. |

They are made of matt vinyl and as such fit flush to any surface giving the impression of a painted design and offer minimal glare reflection from natural and artificial lighting. |
